I love your note about background not being JUST the physical background your subject is in front of ... but also everything else in your photo that isn't the subject! I've been doing this for my restaurant photo partners, and had a few folks as how I made it look like that, but I struggled to properly explain WHAT I was doing in a way that made sense to them. Thank you for sharing that verbiage so I can do better as I teach others how to improve/vary their social media storytelling with new photo techniques!

Another HUGE thing you should always include: setting your camera by using LIVE VIEW. It took me years to figure that out. I've watched thousands of photography videos and never heard about using Live View to set the camera. I figured it out by accident!
