Just so you know when you get into Canada and most other airports the staff is not obliged to help with the bags as that is not covered under wcb coverage if the agents hurts their back while lifting your bags. Plus the agent can’t push the wheelchair AND take the bags so let these people you are telling know this information too! Also alot of airports don’t have the baggage services. Sadly People misuse this service made for people that actually need it and there are 40-50 requests so that means they will have to wait an extra 30-45 min at the end as there are not that many agents to actually push people out.
