I use a disc that is kept moist. You can buy a container just for brown sugar and the disc is included. A lifesaver. Nice and fluffy sugar.

Use a marshmallow

Add a marshmallow to the brown sugar to help keep it soft. The moisture from the marshmallow will help

Use the crust from a loaf of bread. Just put it in the bag of sugar.

I use Lock n Lock container for brown sugar. Love the chicken!

Slice oa apple or bread will soften it right up. Take out when soft. Buy a sugar Bear in kitchen wares. To keep it soft. Just wet it and put it in your brown sugar.

And ive found that if you crack your eggs one at the time into separate bowl and add them individualluly you run less of a risk of getting a bad egg and having to start the recipe over.
