Some expressions I learned recently are:

Touch some grass => means to go outside, leave your house. It's something you can say to people that spend most of their time at home.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease => Means that those who doesn't complain doesn't get what they want.

The methods that you talked about them in this video are really practical. As you said practicing a word for a few days, weeks or months( depending on the word) is so crutial. I didn't pay attention to that point before watching this video. And I wanted to learn collocations, however, I didn't know any source for learning them .Now I am going to check all the dictionaries that you recommended in this lesson.Thanks🌺
