I ordered the same exact wig only I ordered 18 inch and 1b color but I think I received natural color. I must say the communication or absolutely zero communication was ridiculous. the only time I received any updates on my order was when I initiated live chat to question my order only took 5 communication's before I receive my tracking information. But I must say they live on their quality my wig is absolutely GORGEOUS I hate to take it off at night. I love love love it 😍😍but hate hate hate the customer service😠 love hate relationship. This wig also holds curl pretty well I will definitely reorder but send a prayer request up for their customer service department 😂

Just bought this wig a few days ago in 14". LOVE IT! It arrived in less than 1 week. The hair is so soft. It's too dense for me. I took it to a barber and had it thinned to 115% density. Medium size cap is kinda large, so measure your scalp. I may do a review in a few months to see how this hair holds up because I plan on wearing this everyday for the next 3-4 months. This is a good wig and the price is unbeatable.
