As a former college/professional athlete I’m glad social media exists because now people can see what goes on behind closed doors in sports. Before the internet, people didn’t see processes like breaking down balls for practice and game day. And once she’s finished, the balls have to be sent down to the officiating team so they can inspect the them before they arrive to the field. Lot of grunt work is done by students like this young lady, who takes pride in their work and making sure that we have the necessary equipment to perform at our peak. Thanks 🙏🏾 for sharing this experience with everyone, from the bottom of my heart I appreciate you and everyone in the equipment management room
