It will cost over $100, 000. My older 2013 Ford Transit Connect cargo van also goes anywhere off road... except heavy sand or mud. Paid for, 30 mpg, and you can get a good one for about $10, 000. Makes a perfect camper for one person... or two small-size people. Just got back from a month-long trip up the west coast and then back through the national parks and forests. We have such a beautiful country... and you don't need a lot of expensive stuff to go see it!

Roof top conversion needs to be bigger, taller. Sleep with you head towards the front, not the back. Needs to open up 60 degrees so you can stand up in there. This would be used as a second “living space” like the Headspace campers.

Would be good with a internal bathroom and cooking for cold climate

Would be better if they made a plug in hybrid version that can switch from fully electric mode to gas mode if needed as well.

Why do so many of the "concept" vehicles look so great but the production vehicles are crap? Slide out seats on rails become intransigent seats that flip over but must still be contended with. Range drops from 400 to 250. Production takes 10 years instead of 2. Of course, tariffs could now muck up the works even further. Yes, very nice concept. Sell me that one; I can get rid of some of the off-road craziness and have a nice vehicle, while everyone else waits.

just stop. you suck. just stop. you will not listen to the campers and the people that actually camp. you will not listen to the vehicle dwellers that actually dwell in their vehicles and know what they would prefer to have a more resourceful factory put into vehicles for them to buy. you will not listen to the van lifers whom are the kings of vehicle dwelling and are soon to overthrow mainstream vehicle manufacturers with their own brands of vehicle building standards. you cannot try to entertain and market to a crowd while shunning them and not listening to them at the same time. so just stop trying to make camper concepts all together and make cars that you know you can sell.

Oh yes, sign me up. Please build it robust and comfortable. The Kia's I have driven before didn't feel like a Toyota feels. Hard to describe, just felt a bit cheap.
