Here are some context for my weight loss plans: I am a 40 year
old man, weigh 213 pounds (97 kg) now, in the next 60 days

cardio now, try to walk 20 minutes each day, but i also think

Then you can always ask "could you find a better way to implement this plan?" or "Conduct a review of the plan and identify it's strength and weakness and suggest ameliorations"
