I gotta thank my history teacher for introducing me to Beetlejuice.
The movie, not the musical.
It was the end of the school year and everyone was watching A Quiet Place, debating who would survive. When the movie finished, the teacher put another movie, and everyone in my class got bored and began talking with each other. I was vibing, watching the movie. I genuinely enjoyed it. The teacher asked if I wanted to watch it on the computer screen, so I said yes. My teacher got some headphones and let me watch the movie by myself. I guess the teacher knew I had nobody to talk to so they let me watch some movies on their computer until the end of the day came around. I wish I was back in their class, they were the only teacher that genuinely tried to get me to open up but in a fun way. (I never did open up, but I did warm up to the teacher.)
