At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Describe what the term open disclosure means
- Describe the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards that are concerned with Open Disclosure
- Identify what interventions may be implemented so that organisations are compliant with the requirements of Aged Care Quality Standards
