Kite Beach is a public beach and it's open all day. You can walk on the running track or cycle along the new cycling track. Restaurants and cafes are open from 8AM till 12PM, some even later when it's high season. Other services like water sports and sunbeds rental are open from 8AM till Sunset.

Entry to Kite Beach is free and does not require any reservations. As a public spot, the beach is accessible 24/7, although the retail and leisure venues are open from 10am until 10pm every day. The food and beverage spots are open at the same time except from Thursday to Saturday when they stay open until midnight.
