Premium...Pizza Salami and Mozzarella Quiche. Beyond tasty...and easy..#cooking #baking

When I order a tasty pizza I usually go for the pizza salami. That is always good. The salami provides spiciness and some more flavor in the pizza.The salami is also the seasoning in this delicious quiche. Although a little oregano should certainly not be missing. And instead of tomato sauce I used small tomatoes. I mix this finely chopped with the filling.Mozzarella is perhaps the big surprise in this dish. It makes the filling extra airy and creamy. This is extra tasty because the egg filling solidifies and the mozzarella remains soft (melted).
Ingredients
1 portion of savory pie dough or enough slices of savory pie
5-6 eggs
2 tablespoons cream or milk
150 grams salami sausage
1 Mozzarella ball
250 grams of grated cheese
10 - 12 small tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
few leaves of fresh basil for garnish
olive oil for greasing
salt and pepper
