This panel will examine the history of the emergence of the Administrative State and will ask whether even in a reformed fashion such a state can ever be consistent with the separation of powers. The panelists will each comment on the separation of powers challenge to modern Administrative Law. Can modern Administrative Law be made consistent with the Framers' Constitution of 1787? The Framers envisioned a much smaller government. How does one govern and oversee in a meaningful way a government of this size? Is accountability practical? Does the idea of accountability need rethinking?

The Honorable Judge K.N. has done a wonderful job handling retaliation that I personally believe is action taken by the admin actors. This topic is why I am currently going to law school.

Admin all needs fired. All need to write no contract and finally get along . Is it humanly possible to learn these millions of laws= no heart available ??? It's gone completely waaay out of hand. It's all greed and money anymore, with non-stop studying for arguing...it's blocked out love. It's like 2 year olds day and night...it's time to actually live a life that was given as a beautiful gift. All day everything and everybody is reprimanded. It's out of hand. Some will see this. Others never will. Respectable men will be known and seen I see brother against brother anymore. It's sad. Respect each other is along with giving should have been here long ago. Take lessons from a child..they love to give and please. They love to give respect and be happy about it...it's from the heart, not some cage or threat or gun, as man has come to. Out of impoverished and strained peoples from banks and taxed to the kilt and worked to the bone, that hardly saw the family they loved.
