The benefits about remote night work is that you probably aren’t doing things that require shitty sales work. Negatives are that you will usually be “out of sync” with the rest of society including friends and family.

9:15 I’ve worked as a loan officer and as an underwriter/consumer credit analyst for two credit unions. I’ve known several other loan officers of various titles at credit unions and banks in consumer loans and
Mortgage in a few states like California, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Florida. This salary estimate is way too high in my opinion.

Some mortgage originator jobs do advertise in that range (commission ones), but the job description you have would be for a $35000-$65000 role most likely with several promotional tiers to get to that top level. Some mortgage or commercial lending staff would be $65k-$100k+ depending on the financial institution. Most of those jobs are in office during regular working hours now, and most places I’ve heard of are increasing their experience requirements to not have to train new people as much. Just FYI

14:38 when i looked up jobs or IT help desk type of stuff before. it was definitely not "super easy" to get into. there was so many qualifications they wanted you to have including years of experience in IT or a similar role. you definitely cant just take a course or something and hop right in

First I want to say thank you for the hard work you and your team put in to make these videos. I was just wondering if you have ever considered adding the links to the application sites in the description. This would make it so much easier to find the jobs you are talking about, or to see that they are filled.
