Mistress saying she pays the girls and wants to be paid for her time makes total sense. To me, that is very professional of her and shows that she takes her job and career seriously. I watched the whole clip of the live and it made me really respect MIB

I’m probably not the first person to mention this, but the Black and White Ball theme is also a nod to Truman Capote, as this was a party he hosted and at which many his swans were in attendance. Onya’s runway was not a coincidence. She understood the assignment — the runway was a direct reference to both Capote’s history and the series promo.

Truman Capote was a great novelist. He wrote "Breakfast at Tiffany's" which later would become the film starring Audrey Hepburn. He also wrote "In cold blood" which basically started the genre of true crime and is one of the most influential books in journalism. He is major.

Okey yall was clocking him for being “dead behind the eyes” but this new version is HILARIOUS, WITTY, & HIGH KEY WILL CLAPBACK. He gagged me when he said in the last video “I heard all of your opinions about me telling you to subscribe… idc.” Like oop

Truman Capote also was childhood friends with Harper Lee, who wrote To Kill a Mockingbird, and who the foppish neighbor boy was actually based on. He also wrote one of the first really big "true crime" novels, iirc.

The hate on the polls to Suzie is crazy?!? Not her doing top 3 in the challenge for sure and having an amazing runway and still getting slack from people. The switch up on her should be studied

I always appreciate how you familiarize us with historical gay figures or someone who might not be as relevant today like Truman Capote. Drag Race and Ru, especially, pulls a lot from people from his time/childhood and even if it’s just reading a wiki article it helps me a lot to know important history whether it’s actually something really significant like Stonewall or something dumb and funny like paul lynde or star wars. Thanks!😇

In US literature Truman Capote was a very known author & socialite we studied in US literature. In Cold Blood was one of the most influential novels he wrote it also became a movie. Capote was on par to literature as Warhol was to art of the time.

😊 Truman Capote also wrote 'In Cold Blood'. It became a movie. It was a true story. That book is on some 'top x best books' lists. Our kids have that book on reading lists in schools....well it used to be anyway.

idk if anyone has mentioned this before but in the finale episode you should do a recap of the past polls! which one had the most divided answers? which one had the clearest response? how many people predicted the winner round 1? idk these are just suggestions off the top of my head <3 love your content!
