I get it. I haven't been engaged with Trek since the second season of DIS. And I haven't been a fan of an on-air Trek show when DS9 ended. As a result, I haven't been interested in Trek-related content much in years. Thanks for the work you've done. You created an entertaining and informative series of commentary that took the show from an angle few have, narrative. I've enjoyed it and learned much in the process. Wes and Clay, thank you.

I know you don’t feel like reviewing anything now, but this podcast was my favorite thing every week. Please finish voyager, even if you take the rest of the year off. A real shame - the content you guys have been putting out for almost a decade has always been high quality, and the podcast has been part of my weekly routine for many years.

Despite what you say, I'm still hoping that it's more of a "see you later" than a "goodbye", and I hope you guys find something to do with the channel going forward that might re-light that fire.

I'm sorry to hear that the Trek podcast has been decommissioned. I will very much miss listening to it. You guys have been awesome, definitely my favorite Star Trek podcast. It's a shame you can't transition into something like 'For All Mankind' or 'Foundation'. Only 40 or 20 episodes (respectively). And it wouldn't feel like a slog because there are fewer episodes. Sorry it feels like work. I would continue it as I appreciate your opinions and insight.

As enjoyable as this has been, I think the time is right to bring this to an end. Star Trek and Star Wars have been dead for some time and, frankly, you don't want to turn into so many other people on YouTube and just "react" to things for the sake of reacting.

The timing of the garbage truck was perfect.
