I use a cotton bud to clean it gently, like how you clean the outer parts of your ear

You should wash it. But not that hard. A nice rinse, and moisturizing should help. Since lint and other things can enter the crevices and get trapped. Think of it as a fold, things get caught inside or in between, wash that or an infection can happen. Its not a daily thing that needs to be done. But every once in a while is healthy.

You should clean your belly button guys..just use body wash when showering and after or if u wanna randomly clean/moisterise it use olive oil w a cotton bud. Be gentle w your belly button coz it can become very sensitive if you're too hard.

i use the brush men use to spread shaving cream or whatever. it spreads the body soap REALLY well, i was surprised the first time. i just put body soap directly onto the brush, and go around and inside the belly button, does miracles.

I heard my mom call my aunt "una puerca" cuz my aunt said she didnt wash it at all. I was like 5 and to this day, I do it. I compare it to being the same with cleaning behind ur ears/outer ear, ur feet, nails & underarms. Areas that ppl dont mention but are still necessary to keep clean

Yes. Just be gentle. Baby oil + q-tip. Mom taught me (pedia's advice, idk if its still a valid info, she told that to my mom back in the 90's)
