Dynamic wallpapers were introduced in iOS 7 and they are basically the same as live wallpapers from Android; a moving wallpaper. I, for one, love them, but unlike with Android, there are no ways to add other ones besides the ones Apple put on the device. That is, of course, if you aren't jailbroken.
Thanks to a jailbreak tweak you can add new dynamic wallpapers to your iPhone or iPad. It's a bit limited at the moment, but it's pretty safe to assume that more and more will be added in the near future. All you have to do is download the tweak and then open it to choose the wallpaper sets you like, download them to the device, and then set them as normal. Here's how to install the tweak and how to use it to set a new dynamic wallpaper.
