The second ascension costume takes off her glasses......but more importantly it replaces all neco arc animations with neco ciel that also comes with its own voice acting. Pretty cute

Not sure if its just my luck but neco ciel being in her NP also is pretty rare compared to neco arc, i had to fish for both versions of the animation quite hard in this run.

Oh so the Melty Blood Type Lumina Neco Arc's story scenario has some relevance where Mash and Neco Arc met Neco Arc versions of Ciel, Akiha, Kohaku, and Hisui.
