Workout From Home Like Katrina Kaif Insta Live 25th March

Here are the exercises from the workout that #KatrinaKaif and I did during #Lockdown from our respective houses and put it together. I did it on instagram and facebook live and I'm sharing it here for those of you that missed it!
We start with a #Warmup that consists of 4 Squats in different positions
1. Squat with feet hip width apart - 2 sets x 25 reps
2. Squat with feet wide parallel - 2 sets x 25 reps
3. Squats with feet wide turned out - 2 sets x 25 reps
4. Squats with feet together - 2 sets x 25 reps
#Workout
1. Forward and Backward Lunges - 2-3 sets x 15 reps
2. In Hover, Hip Dips - 2-3 sets x 20 reps
3. Curtsy Lung to Side Kick - 2-3 sets x 15 reps
4. Suicide Push - 2-3 sets x 8 reps on each side
5. Landis or Single Leg Squat - 2-3 sets x 15 reps
6. Squat Jacks - 2-3 sets x 25 reps
I did 2 sets of everything as I wanted a 30 mins workout. If you want to workout for longer add one more set.
