Motorola Droid XYBoard 10.1 Review

The Motorola XYbord has some great features... I partially like the ‘Holographic Cat Projector’ function seen at 18:22. :) Thanks for the in-depth review(s) Lisa, I find your vids incredibly helpful when making purchase decisions.

@iTek42 There is WiFi on this, what we were saying is that there isn't a WiFi-only version, only 4G LTE versions. Just to be sure it's clear. :)

Good review but I want to know how the depth of sound compares to the Samsung Galaxy 10.1. Which one has more bass also do you think ? Can you do a video test maybe from this one and the 10.1 ? Some of your cat perhaps even ?!

Great review Lisa! The XYboard(pronounced like cyborg) is pricey for what's on the tablet. I already posted on Asus' facebook page that we only trust you to review their Transformer Prime tablet. Hopefully they send you one soon:-)

@PLINKINATOR Yes, you can draw pictures and design. You can use a capacitive stylus with the Samsung, but it's less precise and not as easy as a digital pen.

@siciliano29 Yes, we know now that it's called "zyboard". When we did the review, Motorola and Verizon haven't briefed us on how to pronounced it. ;)

I just took a look at one of these, and I am amazed at how light it is!

On the purchase, I ordered my tablet from the Motorola website. It was easy enough; customer service on some follow up items needs a lot to be desired.
The free protective portfolio case that came with my purchase is flimsy at best.
The tablet works as mentioned above, I also purchased the USB hot cord to attach flash drives that hold movies; pictures; etc

The cost is still one attribute that might keep you away from purchasing the tablet ..but as far as performance, it is outstanding.
