You should go to the northeast of Brazil, like Fortaleza.

FYI - the food is completely different than the rest of latin America, and we don’t have empanadas :). Some typical foods you may want to try: pão de queijo, coxinha, pastel, feijoada. There is so much more. :). Have fun!
