Log(1+x) =x - (x^2/2) + (x^3/3) ..
Therefore at x=1
Log 2 = 1-1/2 +1/3 -1/4..
So -1/2+ 1/3 -1/4 ...= Log2-1

x+1 = 1 - 1/2 + 1/3 -
a - (x+1) =
