Through this session, we'll take a deeper dive into both the Qualitative and Quantitative metrics that should be tracked at the Team, Program, Product and Portfolio levels. We'll explore how some of these can provide predictive leading indicators (so you can catch problems before they happen) and some are lagging indicators (reflecting on what has already happened).
