I met DDP at a Walgreens in Fort Wayne Indiana in 1998. WCW was in town for a show that night. I stood and talked to him for at least 15 minutes. I was able to get his autograph and have a picture taken with him. It was a very awesome.. experience.

Kanyon had so much potential. It's sad that WWE didn't do more with him once he came to them. He had so many unique moves and had an entertaining personality. It seemed like he would be a good fit for WWE. I hope rumors about why he wasn't utilized more aren't true but I wouldn't be surprised if they are.

I never knew ddp got in the ring with shawn michaels....man I can't believe how dirty the wwf did page....he was one of most over guys on wcw....vince lost himself and the company a lot of money by not pushing the wcw stars like he did.

Respect for him giving his flowers to Kanyon.. unfortunate the era he came up in but true wrestling fans see his fingerprints all over the evolution of wrestling into what it is today as far as his work-rate his moveset his professionalism and (I'm having a hard time with these words on top of my tongue when trying to think of the words I'm looking for describing his moveset.. revolutionary?? And his professionalism being his willingness to being a guy easy to work with and didn't politic and willing to lose because he was still finding a way to get over regardless)

Kanyon was better than every wrestler on the list, dude worked multiple gimmicks, was great on the mic and the innovator of offensive maneuvers. Fn Cena buried him on Howard Stern and he killed himself. Cena isn't the hero everyone thinks he is.
