ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is a tingling sensation often experienced on the skin, triggered by soothing auditory or visual stimuli. The ASMR experience can vary from person to person, and not everyone may experience the tingling sensation. Some individuals simply find ASMR content relaxing and enjoyable without the tingling aspect!
