Sam, I have recently started watching your videos on YouTube out of mere curiosity. I have loved watching them and have learned a ton and gained many wonderful insights on how to improve my cooking. Now, I have always thought of myself as pretty good on the grill but after watching some of your videos, I realize that I have a ton to learn. Today, for my oldest son‘s 20th birthday I cooked a marinated flank steak, and applied some of your techniques on how to grill a perfect steak. I want to thank you, and your channel. Thanks to the tips you have taught on your videos I made the best steak I’ve made in 20 years! It was perfect! It was cooked to perfection! My wife’s exact words! Just made this and it was fantastic! I reserved the marinade, boiled it for several minutes, then added corn starch mix to thicken it to make a perfect sauce. Thanks!
