How to Do Visible Dye Penetrant Testing

In this video, we demonstrate how to do dye penetrant inspection using EISHIN visible penetrant.



This Visible Dye Penetration Test allows you to find scratches on the invisible surface.

This method is mainly used for flaw detection on the weld surface.

However, it is not suitable for flaw detection of materials that are penetrated by penetrant liquid (such as plastic) and materials that penetrate the liquid such as wood.
