Praise to the Lord for showing me this side of gospel music. I found it hard to let go of secular music because I grew up listening to those old types of gospel, which has its place in my heart but it's not the vibe I want to hear all the time. Listening to secular music was making weird things happen in my life. I was so miserable and God slowly led me to see that every time I binged on secular music, some weird stuff would happen afterward. So I asked him to show me music that glorifies HIM because I love music and I feel like I am going to die of boredom listening to Amazing Grace (old style) each day. Praise God for allowing me to be so open with Him.

First, he took me to afro gospel, because I like praise music you can dance to. Then he took me to death metal (still iffy about that one lol), then I found rnb and soul, even Japanese city

Though it is said that the devil is the lord of the air, technology, communication, and music fall under that, remember who created it first and appointed it to the devil (before his fall). God is the true Creator and anything you vybe to in the secular world is just the devil hijacking what God created for himself and perverting it.
I used to love listening to Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift etc. They have beautiful voices but they chose to use the talent God gave them to praise Him, as a means of self and worship to the devil. They may not be going into satanic temples and communing with the devil (idk) but, when we use the gifts God gave us to do anything other than glorify HIM, it translates to devil worship. Maybe a bit extreme but the last death throws of the devil on this earth, before he goes down completely, are having us fight for our sounds extreme to me.
