Duke University School of Nursing's Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program provides skills and tools that enable students to access published evidence to inform practice, improve systems of care to influence patient outcomes and make changes to enhance quality of care when needed. Graduates of our DNP program are nurse leaders in interdisciplinary health care teams and work to improve systems of care, patients outcomes, quality and safety.

Full of credentials put them to perform many are hopeless. How do they bring a health car facility into compliance if they lack the knowledgeof codes and guidelines. I refer to those over qualified nurses as eager beavers.. implement THEIR policies without a review of the hospital's that are already approved in order to legally operate. Alot of talk . Really Good at blabbing. They love the big titles AND money
