The only problem I see is we often use our car as storage between stops. A jacket for later when it cools off. Purchases at another store. That's not going to work if the car drives off.

As far as I know the cars are not on the streets of Phoenix without a driver technician yet. If the car does go driverless soon and makes it past the first week without a death then I might consider giving it a try

Would be more impressive if Google could link Waymo to Android phones. Instead of pressing a button to start driving we could say "Hey Google, drive me to my friends place". We could also speak directly to our Android phones if we wanted our car to pick us up later, eg "Hey Google, pick me up here at 5pm... don't be late!"
