The DNC lawsuit had weight and they keep filing to impeach Trump.

This is a silly discussion. We know that Cavanaugh's statements vis-a-vis impeachment would only have applied to Clinton in the same way that Giuliani's opinion that a sitting president can be subpoenaed also only applied to Clinton. Trump knows exactly what each of his potential picks WILL do and that Conservative Supreme Court will always protect him no matter what.
