How to rename pandas columns ? | How to drop columns and rows of pandas dataframe ?

Your almost said what I want but no at the end you didn't.

What if i have over 150 rows just as you have lots of rows in your dataframe how will I change all the rows without typing them one by one.

Let's say I want to change all my rows from 0-150 rows to row1-row149 how will I do it without typing all the rows one by one.
