Tom is one of the most underrated guitarists of our time. Fact. So many hundreds of millions of people have heard him play but they don't have a clue it's him.

Easily belongs in ANY Top 100 guitar players of all-time list. Easily. You don't get to be THE 1st call session guy by being no good. Another part of that is the chill. Tom grooves with anyone and everyone. You can't be disliked and be a session player that's in demand. Doesn't matter if you're the best in your town. If you don't get along well with others, they won't EVER call you. I'd say that's probably almost as important as being able to play anything.
