I saw the documentary Howard on Disney plus. It was great, but sad. Howard Ashman died so young, not having lived to see Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin released. Despite this, he managed to leave behind a legacy of wonderful, toe-tapping music that defines Disney films. RIP Howard Ashman. I want you to know that your music is still loved and listened to to this day.

I grew up adoring his music not even knowing who this wonderful man was. Beauty and the Beast is my all time favourite Disney film and the songs captivated me. The fact that he did not live to see the success of Beauty or to see his music live on the next generation is truly heartbreaking. Rest well Howard. ❤
