Richard Beaumont stresses the fact that we are moving into a new world cycle and it's time to get real about who we are. In this Survival Guide for Projectors Richard gives three tips that will help all Projectors survive and thrive. Operate on invitation, recognition and success. Be smart about it!

I would love to read any of your thoughts or experiences that you have gained through the study of your own human design system.

Being a projector I always forget myself when I have a close relationship. So when the breakup comes I feel liberated. I think that projectors should spend some hours of the day completely alone to get the energy of others off of them. There's nothing better than coming home after work to an empty house to relax and recharge.

The first part of the video when you mentioned how exhausted and bitter projectors can be almost made me cry bc that's totally me recently. I'm a single mom with a full-time job that feels out of alignment.Thankfully, my only child is also a projector (and fellow pisces), so at least we really get each other.

As a projector, I sometimes find myself waiting for the UN-invitation. I have a tendency to remain steadfast regardless of how I am treated. Being disrespected is (to some degree) tolerated because I see the big picture. So a person literally has to say "I am done with you! Go away!" And oftentimes I am relieved.

I am a projector and I always felt I was having a very different experience from others and often didn’t know how to explain really what I was experiencing in the moment I just knew I was always so drained and needed alone time to recharge. But this makes so much sense! Thank you so much for sharing!

Thank you. I treat most of my day as wind down time. I do a partial chore here take a rest then a partial chore there...eventually it all gets done without pushing, forcing or stress.

This video is so valuable to me, Richard. I’m 59 years old. I’ve been a superslave since I was a child. Since my early 40’s I’ve just survived - with a severe burnout.
Recently discovering Human Design has given me hope, healing/deconditioning and direction.
Thank you deeply🎉

Wow, thank you, Richard! Could've saved myself many years in therapy had I only known about human design.

Thank you for sharing your wisdom, Richard. Particularly the last point about missing your window to fall asleep. It is very subtle, and I have often slipped into the second wind and experienced a rough night's sleep and waking up exhausted the next day.
Working on this and improving every day.

The part of meeting resistance and spending our energy trying to "help" others when it isn't the right timing resonated a lot.
And the part of needing lots of rest and a relaxed life in general. Projectors are the "lazy ones". haha We have to accept that we just can't do as much (in terms of spending energy) as Generators or Manifestors, for example.
We can do a lot while we are living off their energy, but then we feel so tired afterwards when we are alone.

As a projector myself, the way you explained deeply resonated. "Energy is a premium for you" - This is gold ❤ Thank you!

Sleep window, wow! Yes! And I’ve always known this. I blamed it on a lack of discipline but really, I know us Projectors just love to be awake doing things to our hearts content. But we rob Peter to pay Paul and the next day is excruciatingly difficult. As if a Projector has the energy to go without sleep.. it’s not possible. I think this is such a huge issue for us. Thank you for mentioning it and I will start taking my bedtime routine more seriously.

So grateful for this video and others! I am feasting on them as I learn to navigate community (I've moved to Osho Leela!) and take care of myself as a 2/5 Projector... I am listening with a cuppa chai and resting and soaking it all up. It's absolutely imperative that I have my own space and I am starting to tap into my own needs every few hours... so good as a recovering hard worker and people pleaser. Goddess bless you! x

Thank you Richard for remembering, being a Projector is not easy and sometimes mistakes happen due to energy, and I feel bad, but they don't understand what I saw and felt and there's no way to explain it. And yes, for a long time I thought I was lazy and it's nothing like that.
Thank you for remembering bedtime, lately I've been stretching the rope and it really gets tired. And I'm 5.1 Projector and a triple split definition!

As a 3/6 splenic projector, I forget that I don’t make my own energy and that I amplify others energies. Also, being around generators I mistake their energy as mine and overwork myself. I do too much and resist rest but when I rest so many good things come to me. I also attract people that steal my work and present it as their own.

The sleep issue is my downfall. I have spent about the last 40 years not listening to my energy level and need for sleep.
