I respect the fact at the end he saw the young girl and said Nope I'm going to answer her question, pulled her on stage and took the time to answer even though he was double booked. Because it's more devastating for kids to feel like they've been ignored by people they look up to. For kids it's already nerve racking to jump in line but exciting to be able to ask someone like Neil a question. I even more respect that he doesn't make them feel stupid when answer their questions.
