ISTFA 2013 Tools of the Trade: Mentor Graphics

This video features information on Mentor Graphics' Tessent Diagnosis software, as demonstrated at ISFTA 2013's "Tools of the Trade" tour.

The Tessent Diagnosis software accelerates defect identification in digital semiconductor devices. New for 2013 is the Root Cause Deconvolution (RCD), technology which removes noise from diagnosis data and determines the actual root causes from test data alone. Failure analysis engineers will now know in advance what to look for in PFA. The product itself is old but the new for 2013 Root Cause Deconvolution (RCD) technology significantly changes the value and use model.
