Andrew is in Kazakhstan, the heart of Central Asia. He begins his journey at a local meat and produce market, salivating over fresh pomegranates hand-squeezed right into his mouth. Then, he gets an inside-look at classic, central asian food cooked in an Uzbek style. Andrew learns firsthand that hand-pulling noodles is much harder than it looks!
