How To Pause While Screen Recording On iPhone (2022)

If you want to pause the video while screen recording, you need to simply tap on the red icon on the top left-hand side of the screen. You will be asked to cancel or Stop recording. To pause a recording, you need to simply leave the screen on that page. To resume it, select Cancel. To stop the recording, you need to tap on the Stop button.

I think I understood. What he meant is: if you want to pause the video, click the red button. The message will appear: Stop screen recording? Cancel or Stop. The big secret is: while this message is appearing on the screen, your recording will be automatically paused. Then you just need to click "Cancel" to resume screen recording from where you left off.
