pixie character gets 5 throws in a row because of their obscenely good strike/throw: well its fine because it doesn't do much damage. its okay that they can loop this situation and disengage from it at will

grappler gets one throw they had to work for: i dont know that looks kind of strong because we arbitrarily decided the throw should do a lot of damage. maybe give it worse oki. also find a random normal to nerf too
