Here is a translation as accurate as I can for all the non german speakers:

He continues with:

The next part is hard to translate Wir for word he says : „ While you can put certain things in to place with an interview, especially if you want to present yourself to the public, but if you are a crazy person like me it some times happens that all of that is gone with a Wup an I am in such a bad mood and so fickle ( with his mood) and come across like the very last.“
Ok so „putting certain things into place“ is a Austrian phrase honestly even this is not exactly an exact translation. It basically means to make sure that things are the way you like and prefers them.
Saying you are a crazy person in german is not exactly the same as in english it does not have the same very much negative conectation as in English he is lightly poking fun at himself here.
Lastly „coming across like the very last“
is another Austrian phrase. It basically translates to coming across like an ass.
He then begins to describe exactly how he comes across by using another Austrian phrase that is absolutely impossible to translate but basically means „I come across like this“ and than imitating a very specific was that a very specific type of Austrian and mostly Viennese Men talk that are perceived as very arrogant and macho.
There is no way to translate this. Honestly it would be struggle to explain it to a non Austrian german speaker.
He continues:
„That can happen. It’s also going to ceap happening to me“ This again comes of a bit different in german because in german something happening can be used as something happening to you or because of you so the first sentence basically has the energy of „stuff like that happens“ and the second one is more of a „this is an unavoidable mistake I will probably keep making“
He then uses another Austrian phrase that means „But the years also have an effect.“
He continues:
„I think I did my homework“ ( this is a direct translation and this phrase means the exact same in English and German)
