I've always wondered if that was a menorah behing your left shoulder next to the bust of Christ. It's very beautiful.

I have a question on this, if anyone can help. The Festival of Lights to my understanding was not a ordained feast to hold by God. This is just a commemoration of what He did for the people. Like we remember his death burial and resurrection, with Easter Sunday. His birth was never ordained to be celebrated, but people do it, to remember what a great Miracle.
We remember Jesus in the Festival of Lights because he said he is the father of lights. Hanukkah represents the light of the world, who is Jesus.

So my question, can someone provide 2 scriptures to establish that Hanukkah was an ordained feast given by God? Please. Thank uou

I hear more about the Book of Enoch. Its not part of our Catholic Bible, but would it be wrong to read it in a Catholic Bible study group?
