I have a question about multiple options question : How to tackle them because i suppose i get a lower score if i select 1 correct & 1 wrong answer compared to only 1 correct answer ?

Loved watching your videos for DP-203. I am currently preparing for the exam. I have read that there will be an update to the DP-203 exam on the 24th of October2024. Will this make much difference if i sit the exam after this date please? From what I understand, the changes Microsoft make, are only minor? Thanks
