I feel like the original Pontiac stylists’ intentions with this car were finally properly conveyed. The 6sp really makes it fun. And 600hp is perfect. I love it

Props to him for going a completely different route than most builders. You don't see a hopped up Grand Am like that regularly!

The most beautiful of all the GM Collanade Coupes! The Pontiac Grand Am had the best integrated front fascia--a decade ahead of it's competitors. That's the way I would have modified a Grand Am!!! Fantastic execution.

I owned a 1973 Grand Am. It was stolen so I bought a 1974 Grand Am with the insurance money. I have also owned a half dozen other Pontiacs, including a GTO and two Firebird Formulas. But the Grand Ams were my favorites. Powerful and fast but also plush and comfortable for long rides. And their styling was stellar.

I’ve never noticed the lines on this car this guy really had a vision in mind

***OMG, I used to own a 1974*** it was white with black interior with the factory honeycomb wheels. You never see these anymore. Love this car, one of the main reasons being my dad worked for Pontiac Motors in Pontiac Michigan at "plant 8" for 32 years. Great job and thanks for posting!

Subtle, tasteful, and not another "Me Too" build. I think a lot of people can relate to this ride. Outstanding job.

I also grew up in the early 70's . Our street had a Caprice, Grand am, Cuda, Impala, Monte Carlo, Cutlass, Firebird, a couple of Dodge and Chevy vans, and even a '73 Countach. Those were the days. I love seeing these cars being reborn in such amazing ways, it brings tears of joy to my eyes.

The rear view of this car is so cool…the front and rear seats, console and map light are awesome…some perfect choices were made…nice to see something different being done with a LS motor…love the valve covers…sweet car.

Best looking car I've seen in a long time. I'm not the biggest "restomod/pro-touring" fan but under the definition of tasteful there's a picture of this. Absolutely stunning.

One of the coolest of all the 73-77 GM intermediates. What a great looking car. Tastefully done as well. I really enjoyed this one!

I’ve always had a soft spot for Pontiacs, especially the classics. The ‘73 G/A is by no means my favourite, but this build is beautiful, simple and ultra clean, I absolutely loved every angle of it!!

Now that is a great build indeed. You are right it showcases a what if scenario. He should really be proud of that car.

Love the car. Simple, straightforward, and beautiful. Love every part of the car including the Honda seats. One of my favorites on this channel.

I’ve been looking at these malaise era cars all week. It’s really nice to see one modified to such a high degree.

My first car was a 1973 GTO Sport Coupe. I loved that car, argued endlessly about it's authenticity. Not a day goes by that I don't regret selling it. Love to see this, awesome work.

You never see these cars... and yours is amazing... My '73 Grand Am was 4 years old when I got it and had it 2 years... 400, 4barrel, turbo 400 trans, dual exhaust....

This Pontiac looks like a shark on 4 wheels. It bites like one, too. What an awesome build!
