Spending money on pillows/bedding is good “value”. You spend a lot of your life sleeping, and the quality of life when your not asleep depends a lot on that sleep.. Whether it be energy for the day, or neck/back in the future problems. Pillows and such are thing you shouldnt cheap out on.

I bought a purple pillow years ago (6 years) and still have it. Honestly not the best for side sleepers. It’s really thin, second it has a weird smell to it which never went away, and third it’s like over 100$ so realistically speaking not worth it for me since I am someone who sleeps on their side so I use it in my guest bedroom…. Hope this helps 👍
