My favorite thing about this new feature, is that YouTube now shows that its NOT a "Myth" that they favor monetized over demonetized. I checked my "yellow icon" videos, and compared them to my "green icon" videos. And the results are incredibly different, green icons get triple the amount of recommended/impressions. I just don't get why Youtube always says they don't promote monetized over demonetized and that every video is treated equally . Then they give you a tool that proves this "conspiracy" is in fact 100% true.

Good info. One thing I’ve discovered is that the CTR takes time to build momentum. He’s right, think of your metrics as long term. You might be doing a good job from your stand point but the analytical data might not yet show. When it updates and reflects your expectations, you will notice
