Just a minor criticism, instead of using a map for the whole world you could've zoomed in on the parts focussed on, the borders are easier to see and more clear and there wasn't really any point showing places like America, or China until the section with the mongols at the end. Other than that great video

As Iranian I must say - Really cool flag at thumbnail, wish we had something like this.

Also, make a video on what if Byzantine and Persian empire successfully defended against arabs.

Caesar: I've done nothing!
Gaul: What now?

It’s kinda weird, we imagine Alexander as the ambitious young conqueror, but Caesar as a wise old conqueror, but Caesar had that young man inside of him to be Alexander and so was every conscious kings and emperors ever

Boy I love the Roman Empire a lot and your old scenarios about Rome are among my favorites! Thanks Mr Z for bringing me joy in this time of hardship!

Romes fight with persia was a stalemate.

Until now.
Rome now conquers and defeats their rival.
Now they are the sole super power besides china.

As always, excellent work. I like the discussion of Emperor Trajan, it seems he's normally overlooked in AH circles IMO.
A few more timeline ideas that you may be interested in:
WI the Holy Roman Empire decisively won the Thirty Years' War?
WI Babbage's mechanical computers advanced to the same extent as electronic computers?
WI the Angevin Empire survived?
WI Enlightenment-era Britain underwent a Republican revolution instead of France?
(I don't think you've covered these already, but some of your older videos still seem unavailable in the UK)

I have a nit pick with regards to the mongol invasion part, Genghis Khan only invaded the west because the Shah of Khwarazmian killed his envoys when he taught he was slighted by the great khan. The message being “ I am the master of the lands of the rising sun while you rule those of the setting sun. Let us conclude a firm treaty of friendship and peace.” Indicating that he saw the empire to the west and its ruler as equal to his own. Meanwhile the shah saw this as an insult.

So unless the Byzantine ruler of that time was particularly nitwitted, highly unlikely since it requires high levels of cunning and intrigue to survive the den of vipers that is the Byzantine court. There’s also the fact that the mongols wanted a stable trade partner since they were quite busy conquering the entirety of the east. So having friends in the west is the most optimal and economically viable strategy. It would be highly unlikely for the mongols to look westward since China alone is richer than entire civilisations. Unless some extremely unfortunate events happen.

I think Caesar could've done it honestly. Parthia was the final achievement that everyone was looking forward too. Marc Antony's invasion later on was a disaster only because Anthony wasn't half the man or general as Caesar was.
