Hillsboro to open first city-managed homeless camp

Many criticize our education system, yet they do not educate themselves. Real hard to listen to anything they might say. Working together with ideas that will solve the problem is better for all.

Why would Hillsboro do this? I lived in Hillsboro for years and loved every minute of it. My children went to Witch Hazel school and then Reedville. Why are you exposing children to the homeless mess?
