Count Good Numbers | Leetcode | Medium | Java | Striver's A to Z DSA Sheet

This is a medium level problem which is also a part of Striver's a to z DSA sheet and present in the recursion section of the sheet.
The approach used in the problem needs us to also code the pow function which we do through recursion.
The main problem is being solved through using the concepts from Permutation and combination.

Hi Aditi, Nice explanation. I was actually looking for a JAVA solution, since it has some quirks between double and long. Just one improvement, you don't need to perform %MOD again for first and second since pow recursive function already returns the final answer after performing %MOD, hope that make sense.

Mam I'm pretty decent but whenever a question come with the overflow issues it becomes very different for me I couldn't figure out how to use modulus and prevent overflow. How to handle this problem?
